Without any doubt, diet and nutrition are among the most important factors influencing human health. Unsuitable nutrition can lead to metabolic disorders, rapid weight gain, chronic fatigue and the development of many inflammatory diseases. People are treated for years, unaware that the root of the problem lies in the diet. Studies show that one of the reasons could be a food intolerance. 40-50% of the population have food intolerances, yet few know about it.
Food intolerance is an undesirable reaction to some of the "ingredients" of our daily diet, which is accompanied by inflammatory and immune disorders in the body.
Studies show that food intolerance occurs when an enzyme or a group of enzymes are not produced in the desired amount. Then the "wrongly"- digested food becomes toxic and the body begins to fight it. As a result, inflammation may occur, and the immune system starts to produce many special antibodies – IgG.

Today, the most reliable method to reveal food intolerance is the blood test of IgG on different products.
You can perform this analysis in my practice. In order to get results, I take a blood sample (one finger prick) which is analyzed either here, for 59 products of commonly eaten food, or, send away for analysis to the lab in Cambridge, UK for 80-210 products.
Once the results are received, I give individual advice on nutrition. If you have indications of a chronic inflammatory reaction and problems with the enzymatic function, I can prescribe effective natural remedies or suggest other treatments.
