Reflexology is a method which influences biologically active points located on the skin that are associated with organs and systems.
Manipulating reflex points leads to changes in the transmission of nervous impulses and the stimulation of the production of biologically active substances that control pain, muscle relaxation, affect the immune system and many metabolic processes.
